Tuna Pate

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 1 can butter beans, drained
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp tomato sauce
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 2 slices bread, crusts removed
  • Juice and zest of one lemon
  • 20g finely chopped fennel
  • Salt and pepper to season

Method:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. If the mixture is a little thick, add some of the oil from the tuna until the right consistency is reached.
