Tuna Pate
Ingredients:
- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 1 can butter beans, drained
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp tomato sauce
- ½ onion, chopped
- 2 slices bread, crusts removed
- Juice and zest of one lemon
- 20g finely chopped fennel
- Salt and pepper to season
Method:
- Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. If the mixture is a little thick, add some of the oil from the tuna until the right consistency is reached.
