Cinnamon Rice Pudding
Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 240ml long-grain rice
- 480ml full cream milk
- 240ml water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Brown sugar and ground cinnamon to serve
- Cream to serve
Method:
- Combine the rice, water, milk and cinnamon stick together in a saucepan.
- Simmer gently, stirring occasionally, until the rice is cooked. This will be about 20-25 minutes.
- Spoon into bowls and sprinkle generously with the mixed brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
The rice pudding can also be served with golden syrup and/or cream.
