Makes about 15 meatballs Ingredients:- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 250g beef
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp parsley
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
BBQ glaze:- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp chutney
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp mustard

Method:- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic until softened. Allow to cool.
- Combine remaining meatball ingredients, season and mix well.
- Form into small balls and sauté in the remaining tablespoon of oil until just about through.
- Combine BBQ-sauce ingredients in a pot, bring to the boil and allow to cook for five minutes.
- Pour sauce over the meatballs in the pan and glaze over a high heat.
- Serve with a dip as a snack or make extra sauce and serve over mash with veg.
