Baked baby marrows

Serves 4

Ingredients:
  • 12 baby marrows, sliced lengthwise
  • 400g Savoury Mince
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • Oil


Method:
  1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and lightly fry the baby marrows until browned.
  2. Pour mince into a small, greased ovenproof dish.
  3. Top with the baby marrows and add a layer of cheddar cheese slices. Bake for 10 minutes until golden.
