You’ll love it because… it’s a family meal you can make ahead of time, batch-cook and freeze.
Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
- 500g basic Savoury Mince recipe
- 500g frozen veggies (corn, peas, etc)
- 5 large potatoes
- a drop of milk
- a small blob of butter/margarine
- salt and black pepper

Method: - Mix the mince and veggies and place in an ovenproof serving dish.
- Peel the potatoes and place in a pot of boiling salted water, drain well. Add milk and butter, and mash and season well.
- Cover the mince with mashed potato and bake for 35 minutes at 180ºC, until nicely browned.
