Superdraw Rules

As a Club Member, your name is automatically entered in the Superdraw with every issue. No need to send in an entry. Our computer randomly selects 180 potential winners. If you are a potential winner, Club Magazine will contact you by post or telephone. In order for you to qualify as a winner, you need to correctly answer both of the questions below. If you are unable to answer the questions correctly, you will not be selected as a winner.

1. The Superdraw is conducted by Lewis Stores (Pty) Limited staff in conjunction with their internal auditors.
2. All prize monies are provided by Lewis Stores (Pty) Limited.
3. The Superdraw is administered by The Club on behalf of Lewis Stores (Pty) Limited.
4. Entry into the Superdraw is free.
5. Club members are automatically entered into each draw. Non-members can obtain competition entry forms from the Club by phoning 021 460 4585.
6. Only one entry per person is permitted.
7. If you are: (a) a director, member, partner, employee or agent of or consultant to Lewis Stores (Pty) Limited or Monarch Insurance Company Limited; or (b) a spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of a person contemplated in paragraph (a), you may not participate in a promotional competition held by Lewis Stores (Pty) Limited or Monarch Insurance Company Limited, as the case may be.
8. Winners will be published in the June 2012/July 2012 issue of the Club Magazine and a full list of winners is available at The Club Offices, and on the Club website.

Competition Rules

The following rules apply to all competitions in the Club magazine, except the Superdraw. For rules of the Superdraw competition, please see above or on the outside back cover of your Club magazine.

1. Club members living outside of South Africa can enter Club competitions by fax on (27) 866 786 678 or by post to P.O. Box 27, Woodstock, 7915.
2. Entries are limited to one per person, per competition.
3. Winners will be chosen by way of random draw.
4. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. All winners will be notified in writing and announced in the December 2011/January 2012 issue of Club Magazine, as well as on the Club website (www.lewisclub.co.za). Winners names will also be available at your local branch of Lewis, Best Electric or My Home.
6. Unless otherwise stated, prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
7. Prizes will be delivered to winners by Lewis Stores.
8. If you are: (a) a director, member, partner, employee or agent of , consultant to, or the marketing service providers of Lewis Stores (Proprietary) Limited or Monarch Insurance Company Limited; or (b) a spouse, life partner, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of a person contemplated in paragraph (a), you may not participate in a promotional competition held by Lewis Stores (Proprietary) Limited or Monarch Insurance Company Limited, as the case may be.
