Spinach and ham lasagne
Hide veggies in a delicious pasta dish and your kids will never know!
400g spinach, chopped
1½ cups ricotta cheese
Coarse salt and ground pepper
2½ cups tomato pasta sauce
8 slices of ham
1½ cups mozzarella, grated
1. Preheat oven to 180ºC.
2. In a baking dish, spread some of the tomato sauce, topped with a layer of lasagne sheets.
3. Then spread a layer of spinach, a layer of ham and a layer of ricotta cheese.
4. Repeat these layers three times and then top with mozzarella cheese and bake for 40 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
