Curried chicken stir-fry with rice
Healthy and incredibly easy to prepare, make this dish a regular on your meal plan.
Splash of oil
8 chicken breasts cut into strips
2 garlic clove, crushed
2 table spoon curry paste
2 cups cooked rice
2 bags of stir fry veg
1.Mix the chicken strips, garlic and curry paste together and allow to marinate for about 10 minutes.
2. In a wok heat some oil and lightly fry the chicken.
3. Add the vegetables and lightly fry until they are cooked.
4. Add the rice and stir through.
5. Serve hot and eat immediately.
