Home-made fish fingers


Fresh, crispy and perfect for the kids!

Ingredients:

500g white filleted fish, fresh or frozen
2 eggs
2 cups of bread crumbs
2 tbsp of fresh or dried parsley
Salt and pepper

Method:
1.
Heat the oven to 180ºC and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
2. Cut the fish fillets into thick strips. Beat the eggs lightly and place into a bowl. In another shallow bowl, place the bread crumbs and parsley, salt and pepper.
3. First smother the fish strips in egg and then roll into the breadcrumbs until evenly coated.
4. Transfer them onto the baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20 minutes until they are sizzling and golden.
