Bangers and pap


Sometimes we forget about the really simple meals that don't even need a recipe. We love this one because it's so easy to make during the week when you don't have much time after work. The pork sausages are really tasty and you can swap the pap for mashed potato if you prefer.

You'll need eight pork sausages, oil, some ready-made gravy, pap and your choice of veggies.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the sausages on all sides until golden brown. Then remove from the pan. Alternatively, grill the sausages in the oven. To make the pap, add boiling water to get the consistency that you like.

Spoon the pap onto plates, top with a few sausages and add some veggies on the side.

Voila!
