Home-made hummus


You can use hummus as a dip when entertaining, a healthy snack or a spread for sandwiches and wraps – it is so versatile and tasty!

Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp water
1 garlic clove, crushed
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Pinch of salt

Mix all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
