Home-made snoek paté


This simple snoek paté is great for entertaining or as a quick and easy sandwich spread.

Ingredients:
3 cups snoek, flaked
200g cream cheese
2 tbsp dill, chopped
Juice of ½ a lemon
Pinch of cayenne pepper

Method:

1. Mix the ingredients together by hand or in a food processor until the desired consistency is reached. There should be plenty of texture.
2. Season and chill in the fridge. Bring to room temperature before serving with fresh bread or crackers.
