Grated cheddar or mozzarella cheese*
Choose three of your favourite veggies and don’t forget about the leftovers in the fridge!
Here are a couple of combinations to try:
• Olives, green peppers and cherry tomatoes
• Red onion, baby marrows and yellow pepper
• Spinach leaves, feta and mushrooms
* Mozzarella is the healthier option, but it isn't quite as tasty as cheddar, so why not use a combination? Mostly mozzarella with a sprinkling of cheddar for flavour.
